The UEC has been awarded by the UWA Student Guild the title of Best Faculty Society for 2009.  This is the second year in a row the UEC has won this award.

The UEC would like to thank the ECM student body, the ECM Faculty, the UWA Student Guild and all UEC sponsors for their support over the past year.  Further, a big thank you goes to every member of the UEC Committee who put in an incredible effort over the past year and made such an amazing achievement possible.

Thank you to everyone who has supported the UEC and we look forward to another fantastic year in 2010.

You now have the opportunity to decide who will represent you at a Faculty and School level.  Do not miss out on this opportunity.  If the best person for the job is not elected it will be the student body who suffers through a lack of representation, services and events.  The UEC endeavours to represent all students in the ECM Faculty and this is only possible if the committee consists of a diverse range of enthusiastic and proactive students.

Voting will take place at the following places/dates:

  • Outside the Engineering Common room - 1 to 2pm Wednesday 14th to Friday 16th October
  • Computer Science School - 1 to 2pm Monday 19th October
